Keeping Your Data Secure
Data Encryption
All customer data is transferred securely using TLS v1.2 and above from the web application to the cloud. At rest, data is encrypted using AWS for databases and object storage. AWS uses AES256 for disk encryption. Our IT infrastructure is 100% cloud-based.
Data Storage
When you use our services, all records are stored in our secured database. Backups are taken every day and stored off-site in either the AWS EU Region data center in London or Google Cloud (EU). AWS and Google Cloud oversees the physical security of these facilities and tightly controls who has access.
Data Retention
Our customers have options when it comes to what data they retain from their users.
Customers have the option to set a retention period so that any data that goes beyond that period is automatically purged using a scheduled background process on the host server.
Retention settings can also be managed on a case to case basis for additional flexibility.

Up Time
We understand the importance of reliability and aspire to a 99.9% uptime. We proactively protect against denial-of-service (DoS) attacks using advanced distributed DoS protection and Web Application Firewall (WAF). We continually monitor uptime through third parties like UptimeRobot.
Vulnerability Testing
We seek out and proactively address vulnerabilities and exposures in our code and dependencies through automated tools, peer-review, penetration tests, and bug reports. All access to our applications is proxied through our Web Application Firewall (WAF) which detects and automatically blocks unexpected traffic.
Monitoring and Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if necessary, in response to changes in legislation or business operations.
